COVID-19 Visitor Guidelines

If you are experiencing flu-like or COVID-19 symptoms, we encourage you stay home and postpone your visit. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please wear a face mask (surgical mask) and limit visitation time to 15 minutes.

All approved visitors must:

1. Check-in at the main hospital front desk

2. Complete the main hospital visitor log, including COVID-19 symptom attestation

3. Hospital approved face mask (surgical mask) covering your nose and mouth is recommended but not required

Failure to follow any of the above guidelines will result in immediate removal from the hospital.
